Terms and conditions

By booking a grooming service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the best care for your pet and a seamless experience for all our customers.

1. Appointments
   All grooming services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or in-store.

   To ensure a stress-free experience, we maintain a cage-free environment and therefore insist that all pet parents collect their fur babies at the agreed time.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
   
   

3. Transport Services
   Transport for grooming appointments is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, subject to availability. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pet is ready for pick-up at the agreed time.
   
   

4. Pet Health and Behaviour
   All pets must be up-to-date with their vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.

   Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues your pet may have before the appointment. Aggressive or overly anxious pets may require special attention and/or arrangements for the safety of our staff and other pets.

5. Pricing
   Grooming prices are based on the size and breed of the dog. Additional charges may apply for extra services or severely matted coats. Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on the pet’s condition and specific grooming requirements.
   
   

6. Liability
   We take the utmost care when handling your pet. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may arise during grooming. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic (at the owner’s expense).
   
   

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
   We strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with the grooming service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
   
   

8. Grooming Consent
   By bringing your pet for grooming, you consent to the services requested and acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
