Refund and Returns Policy

At City Pets Wilro Park, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

Returns:

• We accept returns on any unopened and unused items within 14 days of the purchase date. Simply bring the item and proof of purchase to our store, or if purchased online, follow the return instructions provided.
• Please note that for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on pet food, treats, and grooming products once they have been opened.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days, as long as the product is in new, unused condition and you have the original proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment once we’ve received the returned item.
